Commercial Carpet Cleaning Best Practices

Sharon’s Cleaning Tips

Cleaning carpets in a commercial or industrial building isn’t quite the same as cleaning the carpets in your home.

Commercial grade carpets found in offices, schools, retail stores, restaurants, industrial buildings and more experience lots of foot traffic, day in and day out, suffering through spills, dirt and other gunk being ground in to the carpet’s fibers.

Ugh!

vacuum-cleanerThe carpets in your commercial space tell a story about the importance of cleanliness in your building. You’ll send visitors and employees a positive message about your business if they aren’t seeing dirt, grime and unsightly stains everywhere.

Regular cleaning of your carpets is critical

Unfortunately, much of the time, this can be the result of Mother Nature.

  • During winter and wet months, visitors and employees track in winter salt, sand and wet footprints.
  • During drier months, they track in fine dust and dirt, or chemicals used on grass.

Cleaning carpets on a regularly set schedule will help:

  • get rid of that “hidden” dirt and clean up stains, which will extend the life of your carpet.
  • keep it fresher looking, less matting and crushing of the fibers.
  • remove stale odors.

Give your carpet a longer, healthier life. Employ a professional cleaning service (such as Fresh Approach Cleaning Professionals LLC!) to clean the carpets in your building. If you have extremely high foot traffic, you might want to do this once every quarter.

At Fresh Approach Cleaning Professionals LLC our goal is to increase the productivity of our clients’ workplace by personally and quietly working behind the scenes.
